This cute puppy belongs to my cousins. For Christmas, their dad wanted to give them each a painting of him. So the look very similar except for the background. It was interesting to try to paint the same dog two times in a row.

This year I have lost count how many labs I have painted. I always enjoy painting them because they have the best expressions. They're wonderful!!

in school at ecu, one of my favorite medias was silk painting. this is one that i did recently just for fun. obviously, its gonna be a chesnut...since i'm a sucker for them.

Dicey

This handsome fella is named Dicey. We get to borrow him every summer from a lovely lady in Charleston, South Carolina. I painted this portrait of him and sent it to her as a "thank you" for lending him to us.
